National Finnish Online Poker to Begin?

An upcoming indirect ban on online gambling had been announced by the Finish authorities last week. This was by forcing the Finnish online poker players to claim back losses in an online game through a law. This automatically would deter online poker firms from allowing Finnish nationals from taking part in the game. However, the Finnish Minister of Culture and Sports, Stefan Wallin has introduced a proposal that could well mark the start of national online poker in Finland. He defends his proposal by calling the system running online gambling stations as “unsatisfactory”. But most important reason of all that he sites is that profits from the business are not profits at all. This is because revenue from online poker and gambling is going to firms situated outside the state and hence the national authorities are facing problems and hefty losses.

Mr. Wallin wants online gaming in Finland to be organized and metabolized by Veikkaus or the Finnish Slot Machine Association (RAY). He believes that state authorized online gaming will prevent under-age gamblers and help maintain a civic and law-abiding society on the whole.

Kari Passo, a heavyweight honcho in the Ministry of social Affairs and Health begs to differ. According to him it is unethical and biased. He maintains that if online gaming is presumed harmful to the Finnish citizens, it will be abolished completely. The state should not offer an alternative gambling source, justifying it as a state-run controlled initiative.

Passo says Finland shall not follow Sweden’s example as allowing the citizens to gamble while blocking off the rest is a wrong procedure. Though the Svenska Spel, the Swedish state-run gambling site is a point in both the arguments. While Passo maintains that ot has done little to expel the problems associated with online gambling within Sweden, Wallin points to the high effectiveness and success of the gambling site as an epitome for Finland to follow.

Yet as the debate rages on within the authorities, online gambling and poker sites make millions each year from Finnish nationals. The over-zealous Finnish populace, like the rest of Scandinavia is a sucker for poker and other gambling games. This helps foreign gambling sites set by international firms religiously milk the money out of the wealthy as well as ordinary citizens in the state. The ban was supposed to help cope with this problem, but now Wallin’s comments have added a new twist to the tale!

Full tilt Poker Player nGuo

When i'm bored i love to watch other people play, so i been watching this guy nGuo last 3 weeks, he plays poker at full tilt poker room. He mostly plays at Sit n go buy in $110+$9 Turbo 9 players. i saw him playing about 3 or 4 times and most of time he managed to get top 3. you may thinking well, if i play i will be in top 3 place, but he plays a little different then like i do or most online players do, how? here is a little example. while i was watching him playing tournament, he usually sit and don't wait for good cards, he does bluff very well. remember? if you want to win a tournament, you have to bluff very well, caz you will not get good card always, also i have notice he does not bet that often. but mostly i see him playing with QQ, AK probabaly his favourite hand.

Here is an example of his bluffing while he was palying $110+$9 turbo table.

However when he play cash table, he plays a lilttle different there, he doesn't usually bluff that much, he always plays strong hand and raise. i saw him last night sitting with $200 ans finish up $468 in an hour. thats is really awesome.

Here is a screen shot , that he got 2nd place of turbo game:

so if you follow this kind of play, i think you can really make some good money on poker. you will find him Sit n go tournament, and $1-$2 NL and $0.50-$1.00 table.

If you have not played at Full tilt poker yet, you can always sign up and join. you can also get 100% deposit bonus up to $600 Free when you use this bonus code: POKERDEAL14

Poker Basics: General Poker Rules

Poker Basics: General Poker Rules

Poker is one of the most widely played card games in the world. It has many variations but their goal is always the same: To get the best possible "hand" or at least convince your opponents that you do. A hand is a combination of cards, such as cards of the same suit, cards in sequence and so on. There are fixed Poker hand rankings, based on how rarely they can happen. The way cards are dealt to each player, and how stakes are made, depends on the Poker variant being played.

Let us look at the basic Poker rules:

In multiple-player Poker games such as Texas Holdem, there is a theoretical "dealer." It may not be an actual dealer, for in casinos there is an independent dealer who never plays in the game. But the dealer position is important as it decides the betting order. At each betting round, the imaginary dealer button rotates so that the player positions also shift. Player positions have an influence on how one plays.

At the start of a game, one or more of the players make mandatory bets. Then the cards are shuffled and dealt to each player, either facing up or facing down depending on which Poker game it is. Once players have their cards, a round of betting begins. In a betting round, the players take turns answering a bet. A player can call, fold or raise (or check depending on their position). To call means to match the last bet made with the same amount of money. To fold is to withdraw from the game. To raise means to increase the bet. In case of a raise, the betting rotation continues so the other players can either call the bet or fold. A betting round ends when everyone has either called or folded.

If more than one player is left at the end of a round, a "showdown" takes place. Players reveal their cards to see who has the better hand according to the hand rankings. But if one player makes a bet that everyone else folds to, that player instantly wins the pot without having to show their cards. That is why you can "bluff" in Poker; that is, pretend you have a better hand than you really do by making a bold bet.

Poker variants can be grouped into three main categories:

DRAW POKER. A player is dealt five or more cards. They can have one or more cards replaced in hopes of getting a better hand. Video Poker games like Jacks or Better are an example of this type of Poker game.

COMMUNITY CARD POKER. In games like Omaha poker and Texas Holdem, each player gets to combine their hand with the dealer cards known as "community cards," called so because everyone shares them.

STUD POKER. In Stud Poker, a player is dealt one card at a time. They cannot have cards replaced unlike in Draw Poker games.

When learning to play Poker, start by memorizing the hand rankings. Play a one-player game like Video Poker to get used to the hands. Then you can learn the table games like Texas Holdem. There are many places on the Web where you can download software and play for real money or for fun.

Live Roulette

In the list of the most resilient and most exciting casino games, not to mention, the most popular ones, live roulette is right there on top. Roulette is a combination of luck and excitement, two of the highly thrilling aspects of a casino game, and the live roulette version is nothing less. Most of all, the stakes are just as high, so winning a roulette game is definitely a challenge. One that involves trying to outsmart luck, or maybe not.

Anyone who has played live dealer roulette, or roulette in general, will agree that there is no sure way to win the game. The game seems to depend purely on luck, or on how much you are willing to bet on your instincts. However, the fact that roulette is one of the best-loved casino games does not seem to make sense. But then again, anyone who has played the game can also tell you that the entire experience of watching the wheel spin and holding your breath until the ball lands can be pretty exciting and enticing enough to make you want another go at it. Some players are also enticed by the possibility of trying out their luck. That, plus the possibility of winning large jackpot prizes practically effortlessly, then maybe the fact that roulette is very popular makes sense after all.

But losing large amounts of money in a roulette game can also be done effortlessly. If you are not careful, a game of roulette can drive you out of your house and home. Thus, before you decide to play a game of roulette, make sure that you know the rules and the basics first. It may sound easy to you, though. The idea of roulette is to place bets, and see if the ball lands on the slot that represents the values that you bet on. However, it is easy to see that it’s more than just that. There are several different kinds of bets that you can make. Each of them can get you paid differently than the other. So before jumping on the bandwagon and playing roulette, read up on the basic rules on live casinos first.

Aside from that, it is also better if you practice without the risk first. There are roulette games offered in the traditional form of online casinos. These roulette games are good for practice, especially since they are readily available in play for fun mode in several online casinos. However, if you really want to get a good idea of how a real roulette game feels like, why don’t you practice some rounds of the live dealer roulette version before you play. A free live dealer roulette game is offered at DublinBet.com. If you feel ready for the real thing, you can go on and play the live dealer roulette game for real money.

Another tip to make sure that your fantastic roulette experience doesn’t end sour is to make sure to stick within your budget. Set an amount that you intend to spend, and only spend as much. Once you’ve used up your budget, walk away. Also, if you ever get any winnings, if you want to win some, don’t mix it in with the money you set aside for playing. Pocket your winnings and make sure that you go home with them. Live roulette can be a very exciting game. The adrenaline rush that you will get from watching the wheel spin your fate is like no other. It can lure you further into the game than you might expect, so make sure to exercise self-control. That goes for any casino game you play
